There I am
in my favorite place,
where you can find me.
The room where our pain
and laughter
are kept eternally.
We were on the same branch is a meditation on memories, time and space. My memories, with a backdrop of the house and village of my grandmother that I have been visiting since my childhood, gave me a feeling of escape from linear time. Through that space, my memories have been in a continuous dialogue which led me experience a type of time flow that is different than the cultural construct of the quantitative clock-time. In my photographs, I investigate the perception of space that is in a constant irreversible entropic process, but also hosts a recurring and intertwined simultaneity of events.
The project will be published as a photobook (17.5 x 23 cm 82 pages).
